The official site states that Settlement Class Members could file a Claim Form for credit monitoring, reimbursement of documented expenses, and an estimated $50 pro rata cash payment. The credit monitoring and identity theft protection services include at least $1,000,000 in identity theft protection insurance, and reimbursement of documented expenses and losses fairly traceable to the Data Incident was capped at $5,000 for each Claimant.
