All persons who were affected by the Data Incident, including those who were sent a notice letter by Defendant concerning the Data Incident discovered on or around July 2, 2023. Bradford-Scott Data, LLC and its officers and directors, the judicial officers presiding over the case and their families and staff, and the attorneys representing the parties are excluded.

How do you get paid?

Class Members can claim reimbursement of actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident of up to $5,000.00, and may also claim a one-time pro rata cash payment that the settlement website says is expected to be $100.00, but may be larger or smaller depending on the total claims filed. All Class Members are also eligible to enroll in three years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring. The Settlement Fund first pays court-approved attorneys' fees and costs, Service Award payments for the Plaintiffs and administration costs; the benefits come from the net remaining money.
