DRS Roberts & Bryan PA d/b/a Brevard Skin & Cancer Center settled allegations that during the September 2025 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information, such as names, dates of birth, home addresses, billing and claims information, Social Security numbers and diagnosis and clinical information, were accessed. DRS Roberts & Bryan PA d/b/a Brevard Skin & Cancer Center denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over the September 2025 targeted cyberattack on the computer systems of Brevard Skin & Cancer Center, in which files that may have contained names, dates of birth, home addresses, billing and claims information, Social Security numbers and diagnosis and clinical information were accessed. Class Members can claim reimbursement of documented losses up to $2,500.00 or a one-time $45.00 cash payment, plus one year of medical data monitoring.

The Court has defined the Class this way: “All living individuals residing in the United States who were sent a notice by Defendant that their Private Information may have been impacted in the Data Incident.”
How do you get paid?
Cash Payment A — reimbursement of actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, up to $2,500.00, for losses that occurred between September 28, 2025, and November 16, 2026; or, instead of any other payments, Cash Payment B — a one-time $45.00 cash payment. All Class Members are also eligible to enroll in one year of CyEx Medical Shield Complete medical data monitoring.
What proof do you need?
Cash Payment B requires no proof or explanation. For Cash Payment A, you need to send proof, like bank statements or receipts, to show how much you spent or lost; notes or papers you made yourself are not enough on their own.
