Highlands Oncology Group settled allegations that during the June 2025 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information were accessed, which may have included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical treatment information and health insurance policy information. Highlands Oncology Group denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement resolving a class action over the June 2025 cyberattack on the computer systems of Highlands Oncology Group in Arkansas. Class Members may enroll in three years of medical identity monitoring and choose one of two cash payments: reimbursement of documented losses, or a one-time $50.00 payment that requires no proof.

All individuals residing in the United States whose Private Information was compromised in the Data Breach on or around June 2025.

How do you get paid?

Cash Payment A: Class Members can get back up to $4,250.00 for actual, documented out-of-pocket losses related to fraud and/or identity theft as a result of the Data Incident. Cash Payment B: instead of Cash Payment A, a one-time cash payment of $50.00. All Class Members are also eligible to enroll in three years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete.

What proof do you need?

Cash Payment A requires proof, like bank statements or receipts, showing how much you spent or lost because of the Data Incident. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim Cash Payment B.
