Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP settled allegations that between July and August 2025 a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems accessed certain files that contained private information, such as names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, and bank account information for direct deposit of wages. Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

All persons residing in the United States whose Private Information was compromised by the Data Incident, including all persons who were sent notice of the Data Incident.

How do you get paid?

Settlement Class Members may claim 3 years of Identity Theft Protection and Credit Monitoring, plus a cash payment: reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to a maximum of $4,000.00 and/or $20.00 per hour for up to 4 hours of time spent responding to the Data Incident; or, in lieu of both, an Alternative Cash Payment of $55.00.

What proof do you need?

Documented Losses require proof of purchase and third-party documentation, such as receipts; self-prepared documents by themselves are not sufficient to file a valid claim. The Alternative Cash Payment and Lost Time payment are requested on the Claim Form.
