All living individuals in the United States whose Private Information may have been impacted in the Data Incident, including all individuals who received notice of the Data Incident from Sansone. Directors and officers of Sansone, governmental entities, the Judge(s) assigned to the Action and their immediate family, Court staff, and counsel for the Parties are excluded.

How do you get paid?

Class Members can claim one of two cash payment options: Cash Payment A, reimbursement of actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident of up to $3,500.00, or Cash Payment B, a one-time $45.00 alternate cash payment instead of any other payments. All Class Members are also eligible to claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring.

Documented losses require proof, like bank statements or receipts, showing how much you spent or lost because of the Data Incident; the $45.00 alternate cash payment requires no proof or explanation.
