The Court has defined the Settlement Class as: “All persons in the United States who were sent notice of the Data Incident as identified in the Class List.”

How do you get paid?

Cash Payment A — reimbursement of documented, unreimbursed out-of-pocket losses caused by the Data Incident, up to a maximum of $5,000.00. Cash Payment B — a one-time flat cash payment, which can be claimed in lieu of or in addition to Cash Payment A, estimated to be $75.00 but which could be higher or lower depending on the number of valid claims. Settlement Class Members who resided in California between November 12, 2025, and November 22, 2025, may also claim a $50.00 California Statutory Payment, subject to downward pro-ration. All Settlement Class Members automatically received an enrollment code for one year of credit monitoring.

What proof do you need?

Your Claim Form must include the Class Member Login ID and PIN from the postcard notice. The flat cash payment requires no proof or explanation. For documented losses, you must submit third-party documentation, such as receipts; self-prepared documents by themselves are not sufficient.
