Settlement Class Members may enroll in two years of medical identity monitoring and claim cash for documented losses and time spent, subject to a $100.00 aggregate cap per person.

The total amount you can receive for both types of cash claims is subject to a $100.00 aggregate cap. All Settlement Class Members are also eligible to enroll in two years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete.
