People who applied for a job opening in Washington with Talkdesk, Inc. between January 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025, where the job posting arguably did not properly disclose pay or benefits information.

How do you get paid?

All Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form are eligible to receive an equal share of the Class Fund up to a maximum of $5,000.00. The estimated payment amount is on the Claim Form received with the Notice. Settlement payments will be characterized as non-wage damages (1099).

What proof do you need?

Complete the Claim Form and submit it by mail, email or online submission, postmarked on or before October 13, 2026. Online claims use the LoginID and PIN provided in the personalized Notice. Claims will be subject to verification, and the Settlement Administrator may request additional information.
