All Identifiable Individuals that used or accessed the Online Platforms during the Class Period — individuals who, from January 1, 2017, through September 18, 2023, used a website or patient portal owned or operated by Tenet Healthcare or its affiliated covered entities to create a patient portal account, submit a webform, or check in to an urgent care or emergency room. Class Members are identified by Tenet Healthcare's records; Tenet Healthcare and its officers, directors, and related companies, the Judge and the attorneys for the parties are excluded.

How do you get paid?

All Class Members are eligible to claim a one-time $16.00 cash payment and to enroll in two years of CyEx Privacy Shield Pro; Class Members may file a claim for one or both of these benefits.
